摘要
2007~2008年在贵州凯里进行了鸭茅新品系DG05的比较试验,以原始群体(CK1)和宝兴鸭茅(CK)2作对照,结果表明,鸭茅DG05产量最高,其产量增幅分别比对照CK1、CK2提高30.34%和18.01%,达极显著;DG05刈割后植株再生能力强,刈割期年均株高达70.1cm,分别比对照CK1、CK2提高32.26%和8.68%;在分蘖期,DG05鸭茅新品系其植株粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、无氮浸出物、磷的含量最高,分别是16.39%、5.87%、43.48%和0.57%。鸭茅DG05新品系在该地适应性好,具有一定的推广应用价值。
During the year of 2007-2008, in comparison of the original population (CKj) and Dactylis glomerata Linn.Baoxing (CK2), we had a variety comparative test for the new strain of DG05, the results showed that DG05 had the highest fresh yield; it showed a significant difference from CK1 and CK2, (30.34% higher than CK1, and 18.01% higher than CK2) . And DG05 had a strong regeneration capacity, the average plant height could be 70.1cm, 32.26% taller than CK1, 8.68% taller than CK2. At tillering stage, DG05 had the highest crude protein (16.39%), crude fat (5.87%), nitrogen-free extract (8.51%), phosphorus (0.57%) contents. Conclusively, DG05 showed a good adaptability in this area.
