尼卡地平对心肺转流中高血压的疗效观察

EFFECT OF NICARDIPINE ON HYPERTENSION DURING EXTRACORPOREAL CIRCULATION

目的观察应用尼卡地平治疗心肺转流期间高血压的临床效果。方法选择20例在心肺转流中出现高血压的心脏手术患者,单次静注尼卡地平0.04mg/kg降压,观察患者用药前后平均动脉压(MAP)的变化。结果全组血压均出现明显下降,降压前MAP平均(83.7±5.6)mmHg,静注尼卡地平1min后MAP下降至(55.2±8.2)mmHg(P<0.01),至用药后20min,MAP始终维持低于降压前水平(P<0.05)。结论尼卡地平能有效治疗心脏手术心肺转流期高血压,减少并发症。

Objective To approach the clinic effect of nicardipine on treating hypertension during extracorporeal circulation （ECC）. Methods 20 patients undergoing heart operation , who appeared hypertension during ECC, were given nicardipine 0.04 mg/kg into oxygenator for a single - dose. Mean arterial blood pressure （MAP） were recorded during ECC. Results The BP of all the groups fell significantly. MAP fell to （55.2 ± 8.2） mmHg （P〈0.01） after injection of nicardipine abruptly from （83.7 ± 5.6）mmHg before operation, the effect persisted for 20 min （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nicardipine can prevent from hypertension effectively during ECC in heart operation and reduce complications.
