科学发展观的提出,对于推进高校科研工作的发展具有特殊的重要意义。我们要以科学的态度对待科学发展观的研究,正确认识和看待高校科研工作的发展,以科学发展观为指导,推进高校科研管理创新研究。高校科研管理部门学习、贯彻落实科学发展观,应紧紧抓住"发展"这根主线,从以人文本,全面、协调、可持续发展和统筹兼顾等方面作深入探索。

With the presentation of scientific concept of development, it has a great significance to improving science and research in universities . We should treat the research of scientific concept of development with scientific approach , and have a correct understanding to the work for science and research in universities so as to improve a creative research to the mangement work. The deparments of mangement for science and research in universities which study and carry out scientific concept of development must grasp the main line of ＂ development ＂to striving for an all--round and concerted development in the mangement work based on a people--centred approach.
