摘要
本文按照新时期的干部教育培训改革创新的要求,基于中国延安干部学院干部教育培训的实践,提出了复合式培训组织结构、模块式培训课程构建、参与式教学培训方式、渗透式人文环境构建和四段式综合评估机制"五位一体"的干部教育培训模式框架及构建原则,并在优化管理机制、体现主体需求、创新培训方法、整合优质资源等方面阐述了其创新特点。
The paper, according to the need of reform and innovation of the cadre education training in new period and basing on the practice of cadre education training, put forward the pattern and frame of cadre education training which includes the compound training organization structure, the training courses with different modules, participating teaching methods, penetrating human atmosphere and comprehensive appraisal system. Furthermore, the paper elaborates its innovative characteristics in improving administrative system, embodying subject need, innovating training methods and conforming the best resources.
