住房问题是现代城市社会问题之一。城市土地和住房供给的巨大需求,形成了住房供应的绝对短缺,极易导致住房价格极大高于中低收入家庭的支付能力,因而,如何有效的解决住房保障问题,无疑具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文在探讨当前住房保障问题政策困境的基础上,探讨相关对策,以期更好的解决住房保障的迫切难题。

Housing safeguard is one of the issues of the urban society. The huge need for the urban land and housing supplies leads to the absolute shortage of the housing supplies, which makes the housing price hugely higher than the pay capability of the family with low and middle incomes. Therefore, it is important in theory and practice to solve efficiently the issue of housing safeguard. The paper discusses the policy puzzlement of housing safeguard and its countermeasures, which can make the issue of housing safeguard be understood better.
