摘要 介绍了荧光原位杂交技术的基本原理,讨论了该技术的操作程序及其在微生物生态学领域的应用。 Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a quick, exact mothod for detecting microorganism in recent years. In this paper, basic principle of FISH was introduced, and its operation process and applications in microbial ecology were summarized.
