摘要
应用模糊数学理论,构建了纺织设备运行状态判定的模糊聚类方法体系,建立了纺织设备运行状态判定的隶属函数,并以HR521长网式精练机为例进行实证研究,为纺织企业设备运行状态的判定提供了一种新的科学方法.研究结果表明:用模糊数学理论建立判定模型解决纺织企业设备运行状态判定问题是可行的,该HR521长网式精练机的运行状态处于一般状态,且介于一般状态的中间,当前只需要进行项修,而没必要进行大修和更新.
Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy clustering method system and corresponding subordinate function are constructed to judge operation state of textile equipment. By taking a HR521 fourdrinier scouring machine as the example, this paper provides a new method for the judgment of operation state for tex- tile enterprise. The result shows that it is feasible to judge the operation state of textile by fuzzy clustering method,and the operation state of this HR521 fourdrinier scouring machine is in the middle of normal,so it is not necessary to be repaired thoroughly but repaired partly.
