连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过治疗小儿急性肾功能衰竭

Continuous vein-vein blood hemofiltration in the treatment of children with acute renal failure:Clinical observation

目的观察连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVEF)在小儿急性肾功能衰竭中的疗效,寻找安全有效的小儿急性肾功能衰竭的治疗方法。方法对2002-06～2008-03行该种连续性血液滤过治疗的16例小儿急性肾功能衰竭患者进行回顾性分析,对比观察治疗前后血肌酐、尿素氮、电解质、二氧化碳结合率、心率、血压的变化及不良反应的发生。结果16例患者中,12例完全治愈;3例达到临床治愈(尿蛋白持续1+～2+,肾功能完全恢复正常);1例病死,死亡原因与就诊过晚,延误治疗有关。结论连续性血液滤过可明显降低小儿急性肾功能衰竭病死率,是安全可行的治疗方法之一。

Objective To investigate the effect of the continuous vein-vein blood hemofihration in children with acute renal failure, so as to looking for safe and effective in children with acute renal failure treatment. Method From June 2002 to March 2008 16 cases of children with acute renal failure patients who had received continuous hemofiltration treatment were analyzed retrospectively; before and after the treatment serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, electolyte, carbon dioxide binding rate, heart rate, blood pressure changes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared. Result Of the 16 cases 12 were completely cured, 3 to clinically cured （persistent urine protein 1＋- 2＋, renal function completely back to normal）; 1 case died, the cause of death was too late to treat. Conclusion Continuous veno-venous hemofiltration can significantly reduce mortality of acute renal failure in children, thus is safe and feasible treatment methods.
