盐酸替罗非班对冠脉综合征介入术中无复流的效果观察
摘要
近年来随着冠状动脉造影和冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的增多．冠状动脉无复流现象（noreflowphenomenon）越来越受到临床关注，如何迅速完全恢复心肌组织灌注，也一直是困扰心血管介入治疗的难题。笔者通过对PCI术中发生无复流现象的患者，经冠状动脉内推注血小板GPⅡb／Ⅲa受体阻断药盐酸替罗非班．旨在探讨其对靶血管无复流的临床疗效。
