摘要
由于温度对半导体激光器的性能有很大的影响.介绍了一种基于AT89C51单片机的半导体激光器温度控制系统.该系统由单片机进行程序化控制,由温度传感器AD590采集被控对象的实时温度,对温度的控制精确度可达到0.01℃.从而提高了半导体激光器的使用寿命和输出波长的单一性.
Semiconductor laser as the light source has many advantages such as smaller volume, but the ternperature greatly influences the properties of the semiconductor laser. A semiconductor laser temperature control systern is designed based on AT-89C51 single chip processor controller. The system is procedural controlled by singlechip, acquiring the real-time temperature of the object by use of temperature sensor. The precision of controlled temperature is 0. 1 ℃. With this system we can improve the life and the pure spectrum of laser diode.
