湿-干法制备PZT陶瓷粉体与微观结构研究

摘要 采用湿-干法,以乙二醇为溶剂,氧氯化锆为锆源,制备了纳米Pb(Zr0.56Ti0.44)O3粉体.并利用XRD,SEM,激光粒度分布仪等对粉体的结构进行表征.研究了不同烧结温度,恒温时间和升温速度对粉体结构的影响.结果表明:在730℃烧结2h可获得分散性较好的单相钙钛矿型PZT固溶体粉料,粉体的平均粒径达到113nm. Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) powder (Zr/Ti = 56/44) was prepared by wet-dry method. Glycol was used as solvent, zirconium oxychloride was used as zirconium source. The properties and structure of the powder were analyzed by XRD, SEM and Sedimentograph. The effects of sintefing parameter such as sintering temperature, keeping time and heating-up velocity on structure of PZT power were investigated. The results show that homogeneous with single-phase perovskite structure PZT can ke obtained after sintering at 730℃ for 2h, the average size of PZT powder is about 113 nm.
