摘要 利用柠檬酸络合溶胶-凝胶(Sol—gel)法制备Y2o3:Yb,Er纳米上转换材料.通过改变掺杂元素Yb,Er的比例和焙烧温度,在980nm的红外光激发下,观察研究氧化物颗粒的发光性质.通过研究可知,该粉体在980nm半导体激光器激发下发出绿色和红色的上转换荧光,分别对应于Er^3+离子2^H11/2→4^I15/2,4^S3/2→4^I15/2和4^F9/2→4^I15/2的跃迁. Infrared-to-Visible Upconversion Nano-powders Y2O3 :Yb, Er were synthesized by citric acid chelated sol-gel method. According to the research, we find that: red and green upconversion luminescence was obtained under 980nm infrared excitation. Effect of differert temperature and proportion in [Yb^3+] and [Er^3+] on the intensity of upconversion emission was also investigated.
