摘要
设计了一种基于可编程序控制器、人机界面和伺服控制技术的消防阀门生产线控制系统,介绍了生产线的总体设计、工作原理及系统的硬件和软件设计,重点介绍了如何利用PEG控制伺服电机以及触摸屏画面的设计.该系统可以完成不同板料长度的加工,从而可以加工不同规格的阀门体,具有操作简便、运行平稳、控制精确度高、监控功能完善及人机界面友好等特点,现已投入使用.
This paper proposed a product line controlling system of fire valve, based on PLC, human-machine interface and servo-control technology. It introduced product line, working principle, hardware and software design, emphasized on how to control servo-motor by PLC and design menu of touch screen. This system can machine different length sheet metals, so valve with different specification can be got. This system has advantages such as easy operation, smooth working, high controlling precision, perfect monitor, and friendly human-machine interface. This system has been used for enterprises.
