摘要 目的通过检测非小细胞肺癌患者外周血Lunx mRNA的表达来探讨其对临床诊断、治疗及判断预后的意义。方法采用RT-PCR(逆转录PCR)技术分别对实验组及对照组外周血Lunx mRNA的表达进行检测分析。结果NSCLC患者外周血微转移与病理类型、细胞分化程度及TNM分期均存在密切关系(P<0.05);NSCLC患者外周血微转移与年龄、性别、吸烟史、原发肿瘤部位无密切关系(P>0.05)。结论应用RT-PCR技术建立了一种检测NSCLC微转移Lunx mRNA表达的实验方法,Lunx mRNA是一种检测NSCLC外周血微转移新型的、较好的特异性标记物,对判断病程发展和指导临床治疗具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the significance of diagnosis, treat and prognosticjudgement by detecting the expression of Lunx mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with nonsmall-celt lung cancer. Methods To detect the expression of Lunx mRNA in peripheral blood of the experimental and control groups by RT-PCR(reverse transcription PCR).Results there are significant deviation ( P 〈 0.05) between micrometastasis and patho-type,cell differentiation and TNM staging; there are significant deviation (P 〉 0.05 ) tween micrometastasis and age, gender, smoking history and primartumor position. Conclusion RT-PCR is regarded as a effective method to detect the expression of Lunx mRNA in micrometastasis of NSCLC,Lunx mRNA is a new special tumor marker for the detecting micrometastasis of NSCLC, which is important for diagnosis, treat and prognostic judgement.
