热灭活法与干化学法检测骨碱性磷酸酶技术的对照分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用热灭活法检测大批量儿童骨碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)项目以弥补干化学法测定BALP之不足。方法采末梢血于生化分析仪上测定灭活前后的碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)值,计算灭活后与灭活前ALP的百分比以筛出疑似阳性病例。热灭活法筛查出的BALP阳性病例,再用干化学法测定其BALP,之后将二种方法的测定结果进行对照。结果热灭活法筛查出的BALP阳性结果同干化学法测定的BALP结果基本一致。结论热灭活法检测骨碱性磷酸酶技术具有成本低、检测速度快、可定量分析、适合大批量BALP检测的优点。 Objective Assaying the content of bone alkaline phesphatase in ehilden' s large batch samples by the method of heat-inaetivity in eompensation for the defieieney of dry chemistry. Methods Collecting finger blood and examinging alkaline phesphatase by biochemistry analyzer before and after heatinactivity of the samples,then calculating the ratio of results between after and before heat - inactivity to filtrate suspect positive eases. Detecting the suspect positive eases by dry chemistry method, comparing the results of the two methods. Results The positive results of this method are in aeeord with the results of dry ehemistry. Conclusion In eontrast with dry chemistry method, the method of heat - inaefivity is in possession of the eharaeteristics of lower cost, quiek analysis, quantity, fitting for large batch samples asssaying, etc.
