Vitapex一次性充填根管的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of single-visit root canal treatment with Vitapex

目的:观察Vitapex糊剂一次性充填根管的近、远期疗效。方法:选择不可逆性牙髓炎,各型根尖周炎200例患者的患牙,随机分成2组,治疗组100例,采用Vitapex+牙胶尖一次性充填根管,对照组100例,采用根管治疗术二次法或多次法。结果:术后1d的疼痛发生率治疗组明显高于对照组,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,术后7d的疼痛发生率,治疗组与对照组无明显区别,术后2年复查临床成功率,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:Vitapex糊剂一次性充填根管疗效肯定,值得临床应用推广。

Objective：To observe the short term effect and long-term effect of single-vlsit root canal treatment with Vitapex.nethods：Choose 200 patients of irreversibility pulpitis,various types of periapical periodontitis teeth were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 100 patients,using single-visit root canal treatment with gutta-percha point plus Vitapex, the control group using root canal therapy of two or more laws.Results：The pain incidence of treatment group was higher than control group after 1 day （P〈0.01）.There was no obvious difference between the two groups after 7 days.2 years after operation reexamine clinical success rate,there being no obviously difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy is affirmative of single-visit root canal treatment with Vitapex,that is worthy for clinical practice to be extended.
