迟发现的食管异物诊治体会

To discuss the experience of diagnosis and treatment of infrequent foreign body in esophagus

目的:探讨对迟发现食管异物的诊治体会。方法:本例患者食管异物史提供不清,在没有明确诊断时,采用电子胃镜检查,确诊食管异物后,于食管镜下作食管异物取出术。结果:在局麻下,于食管镜下作食管异物取出术,完整取出一枚巨大的鸭肋骨。结论:电子纤维胃镜检查,可明确诊断可疑性异物。我们每位医师,要认真、细心地检查每位患者,全面分析病情,就能够避免漏诊、误诊。

Objective：To discuss the experience of diagnosis and treatment of infrequent foreign body in esophagus.Methods：The foreign body in esophagus was removed through esophagoscope after it was identified with Electronic Gastroscopy which was used in the case of no detailed medical history and unconfirmed diagnosis.Results：A big duck rib was taken out through the esophagoscope with local anesthesia.Conclusion：Misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis can be eliminated if we practice careful examination and comprehensive analysis of disease condition on patients.
