目的:分析116例原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞的护理。方法:对2006年6月～2008年6月间的116例肝癌患者进行回顾性分析,评价术前、术中、术后的护理。结果:116例患者均能顺利完成肝动脉栓塞化疗术。结论:术前给予支持治疗,做好术前、术中和术后的护理,可预防并发症的发生。

Objective ：To analysis of 116 cases of primary liver cancer in patients with hepatic arterial chemoembolization care. Methods：From June 2006 to June 2008 116 cases of liver cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the pre-operative and post-operative care of patients. Results：116 cases were successfully completed in patients with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization technique. Conclusion：To support pre-operative treatment, do a good job during the preoperative and postoperative care, can prevent complications.
