摘要
以1LBP-4.5型水田耕整机的大拖板为模型,在多种载荷、水平重心位置、牵引点及前进速度下,对大拖板的运行阻力进行了试验研究,分析了各因素对运行阻力的影响,对合理地设计和使用大拖板具有参考价值。
オo find the relations between the travelling resistance of the slider of paddyfield tiller and the vertical load, travelling speed, the location of the center of gravity of the slider and the location of drawn point, the soilbin tests have been conducted. It has been shown from the test results that: (1) the relationship between the slider resistance and the vertical load can be expressed byR=fPwhere f is a comprehensive coefficient; (2) when the speed of the tiller is taken in the range of 1081 m/s<v<1491 m/s, the variation of the resistance is small; (3) the center of gravity of the slider should be moved rearward to 30 mm^60 mm for reducing the travelling resistance.
