儿童神经母细胞瘤临床病理分析

A Clinicopathologic Analysis of Neuroblastoma in Children

[目的]探讨儿童神经母细胞瘤(NB)的临床病理及免疫组化特征。[方法]对25例儿童NB标本进行临床病理分析及免疫组化染色。[结果]25例患者肿瘤位于腹膜后16例,后纵隔6例,后纵隔及腹部交感神经链2例,盆腔1例。病理组织学形态依据肿瘤分化程度不同而不同。免疫组化阳性表达,依次为NSE10/12例、S-1009/17例、CgA23/25例、Syn23/23例。[结论]NB好发于腹膜后、后纵隔的交感神经节,病理组织形态要与小圆细胞肿瘤相鉴别。免疫组化在NB的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。

[Purpose] To investigate the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of neuroblastoma in children. [Methods] Specimens from 25 cases with neuroblastoma in children were studied clinicopathologieally and immunohistochemically. [Results] Of the 25 cases, the tumors located in abdomen（16 cases）, posterior mediastinum（6 cases）,sympathetie nervous system of abdomen and posterior mediastinum （2 cases）, and pelvic cavity（1 cases）. Their pathologic features varied with differentiation. The order of immunohistochemical positive expression was NSE（10/12）, S-100（9/17）, CgA（23/25）,and Syn（23/23）. [Conclusion] Most neuroblastomas arise in postperitoneal and posterior mediastinal sympathetic nerve-ganglion. It should be differentiated from small round cell tumor pathologically. The immunohistochemistry plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease.
