摘要
通过系统的理论分析和田间试验,研制出了回转带式切割器。介绍了回转带式切割器的工作原理和有关设计参数。在田间试验条件下,可实现高速作业、高速切割及无支承切割,无往复惯性力,割刀工作平稳,割台振动小,适于收割小麦、水稻等细茎秆作物和牧草。
オ rotarybelt cutter was invented with systematical analysis of theory and field experiment. The principle and design parameter were introduced in this paper. The cutter was applied to harvesting wheat, reaching a high forward speed of 20 km/h and a cutting speed of 30 m/s. The characteristic of the rotarybelt cutter is free cutting and without reciprocating force of inertia which assures a balanced working and low vibration of header. The cutter can be fit to cut wheat, rice and hay.
