摘要
本文基于Panel Data模型,对1997-2006年省级教育支出进行了实证分析,得出的结论是:教育支出在地区之间存在巨大差异,地方政府财政支出对教育支出具有正向的影响。政府部门应该在明确各级政府的教育投入职责的基础上,完善转移支付制度,并着力解决弱势群体的教育投入,实现社会公平。
The essay makes emperical analysis on provincial education expenditure from 1997 to 2006 based on panel data model and acquires the conclusion that education expenditure differs a lot among provinces and local govemment fisCal expenditure has positive effect on eduCation expenditure.
