On Human Resource Development in the Process of Surplus Country Labors Transfer

实现农村剩余劳动力的有效转移是发展农村经济、提高农业效率和增加农民收入的重要途径,但在农村剩余劳动力转移过程中,由于农村人力资源质量低下,从而导致农业经济发展缓慢。因此,应充分发挥政府的主导作用,营造良好的环境,加强人力资源开发,从而实现农村剩余劳动力的有效转移,促进全社会的和谐发展。

It is an important path to develop the village economy, improve agriculture efficiency and increase farmer incomes that carrying out the transfer of country surplus labor. But in the process of surplus country labors transfer, the low quality of rural human resource leads to the slow development of the agriculture economy. So we should give full play to the government leadership function, ereate good enviornment, strengthen the vocational train to realize the efficient transfer of surplus country labors and promote the harmony development of the whole society.
