为更好地履行社会责任,企业应树立"以员工为中心"的人性化原则管理理念。把对员工的社会责任落实到企业的管理理念中,落实到企业的战略决策中,落实到企业生产经营过程中,实现"效率化原则"与"人性化原则"的统一。
