和宁治疗上消化道大出血的临床研究

Efficacy of Hening in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的观察上消化道大出血40例用国产生长抑素(和宁)的治疗效果。方法治疗组40例先用5%葡萄糖20ml加和宁250μg静注,继而以250μg/h滴注,出血停止48h后停用。对照组36例先用5%葡萄糖20ml加垂体后叶素6U静注,继而以0.2U/min的速度持续滴注,出血停止48h后停用。通过胃管观察各组的止血效果,并观察药物不良反应。结果治疗组及对照组治疗总有效率分别为87.5%、55.6%,不良反应发生率分别为12.5%、63.89%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和宁止血率高,不良反应少,是治疗各种原因所致上消化道大出血的首选药物。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Hening （somatostatin） in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 76 patients with hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal were randomly divided into 2 groups.36 were assigned into pituitrin group while 40 in Hening （somatostatin） group. Patients in pituitrin group were given pituitrin continuous intravenous drip at a rate of 0.2U/min for 48h; while those in Hening group were given Hening （somatostatin） continuous intravenous drip at a rate of 0.25mg/h for 48b. The effects of each group were observed via a gastric tube, the adverse events were observed, too. Results The effective rates of Hening （somatostatin） and pituitirn were 87.5% and 55.6% respectively. There were significant statistical differences between 2 groups（P〈0.05）. The adverse event rate in pituitrin group were more than that of Hening （somatostatin） group. Statistical diference was observed（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hening （somatostain） has a better effects on upper gsatrointestinla bleeding and can reduce the rate of the advesre event. So it is worth spreading and using in upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by various reasons.
