摘要 通过对7种禾谷类作物150份品种的两组标准发芽法和序列测定法的比较实验.结果表明.序列测定法最大优点是可大大减少监测用科全,其次在对贮存种子作出更新判断的结果与标准发芽法基本一致。因此,在对种质库贮存种子进行生活力监测时.序列测定法是一种较佳的方法。 Two experiments were designed to determine the advantage of sequential test under conditions of maintaining seed germplasrn. 1. Seeds of 100 accessions of 7 cereals were stored under two conditions. 2. Fifty accessions of barley seed from the Qinghai province were chosen by chance and their gerrnination was tested by both the standard methods (ISTA 1985 ) and sequential analysis with the corresponding parameters. In both experirnents, the main advantage of the sequential tests consists in the greatly reduced number of seed used as cornpared with the standard method.
