摘要
任丘市常规地热井存在含砂量高、孔壁易失稳等问题。在本区设计首眼填砾地热井,选择了Φ178 mm/Φ311 mm的管/孔径级配的成井结构。通过录井仪监测、泥浆性能控制等措施完成成孔施工;通过破壁替浆、静水填砾等程序完成成井施工。运行检验证明,施工工艺可行,成井质量可靠。
High sand content rate and unstable borehole wall exist in common geological well in Renqiu, and the gradation of 0178mm pipe and 31 lmm diameter was chosen for the first gravel-filled geological well in this area. Borehole construction was completed under the logging instrument monitoring and mud property control; well construction was eompleted by - breaking mud layer of the wall and gravel-filling in static water level. It was proved the construction technology was feasible and quality of well completion was reliable by operation test.
