摘要
分析比较了应用于作物种子纯度检验的几种电泳方法的特点,过程及限制因素。结果表明:同工酶电泳法速度快、成本低,而提供的多态性有限;胚乳或种胚蛋白质电泳法简单易行、在一些作物上具丰富的多态性;DNA电泳法(分子标记)能提供最丰富的多态性,但目前分析过程还较复杂.费用也较昂贵。
The characteristics, procedures and limitations of several electrophoresis methods for testing seed purity in field crops were presented in this paper. The results showed that isozyme PAGE was rapid and inexpansive, but the munber of isozyme was lirnited. Endersperm of embryo protein PAGE was simple and a great deal of protein band could be found. DNA molecular markers had frequent variations, but the screening procedures were complex and costly.
