酶法变性淀粉替代微晶纤维素在阿司匹林片剂中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 以蜡质玉米淀粉为原料,采用普鲁兰酶脱支和物理凝沉的复合方法得到酶法变性淀粉-----直链结晶淀粉。比较了原淀粉、直链结晶淀粉及微晶纤维素三种粉体的性质(包括粒径分布、流动性和可压性等),探讨了直链结晶淀粉替代微晶纤维素的理论可行性;采用阿司匹林原料药,以不同配比的处方,制备出阿司匹林片剂,检查了片剂的质量(硬度、脆碎度和溶出度等),研究直链结晶淀粉替代微晶纤维素的应用可行性。结果表明:直链结晶淀粉可以全部或部分替代微晶纤维素应用于阿司匹林片剂中的直接压片,充当填充剂和粘合剂。 Using waxy corn starch as raw material, enzymafically modified starch was prepared by debranching enzyme such as Pullulanase and physical retrogradafion treatment. The micromeritic characteristics of starches were compared. Besides, aspirin tablets were prepared with different proportion prescription of the starch and the feasibility of application of linear crystal starch instead of micro crystal cellulose was explored by investigating the quality of the prepared tablets. Results showed that enzymaticaUy modified starch could partly or entirely substitute for micro crystal cellulose as the filler and adhesive of aspirin tablets.
