摘要
本实验以PDA培养基为对照培养基,在其基础上同时分别加入无机盐、酵母粉配制成复合PDA培养基,研究洛巴伊口蘑菌丝体在其上生长的周期。在复合PDA的基础上,研究加入不同碳源、氮源、无机盐等各种基质营养成分的营养物的培养基对该菌菌丝体的生长影响。经过实验后发现洛巴伊口蘑菌丝体在复合PDA培养基上生长周期比在传统的PDA培养基上生长周期缩短30d左右,并发现最适合洛巴伊口蘑菌丝体生长的培养基是麦芽汁蛋白胨培养基。
Using PDA medium as control medium, a mixed PDA medium was made by adding inorganic salts and yeast extracts. Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, and inorganic salts in the mixed PDA medium on the growth cycle of Tricholoma lobayense Mycelium was studied. Results showed that the growth period of Tricholoma lobayense mycelium in the mixed PDA medium was 30 days shorter than that in conventional PDA medium. The most suitable medium was wort peptone medium.
