摘要
针对喀拉通克铜镍矿选矿工艺存在的问题,采用捕收剂Z-200替代原混合捕收剂,并通过试验确定了合理的药剂制度。新选矿工艺降低了药剂用量,使药剂成本由原来的15元/t原矿降低到9元/t原矿,具有显著的经济效益。
Regarding to problems in concentration process in Kelatongke Copper-nickel Mine, this paper puts forward the improvement methods, i.e., use collector Z-200 to replace the original mixed collector, and reasonable reagent system is defined by testing. The new concentration process reduces the reagent consumption, which subsequently reduces the reagents costs to RMB 9 per ton of ROM from RMB 15 per ton of ROM. Remarkable economic benefit is obtained.
