主要介绍了MPM momentum型印刷机的工艺制程,从焊膏和生产两方面论述了印刷准备的主要内容,重点论述了焊膏的印刷工艺制程,通过工艺过程的各个工序介绍如何控制焊膏印刷工艺,提高印刷质量,并以统计制程控制体现实时的印刷质量。
The paper mainly introduces the craft process of MPM momentum-type printer, Elaborated the primary coverage of the printing preparative from two aspects of solder paste and product, focuses on elaborated the soldering paste printing craft regulation, through the various working procedure of process introduced how to control solder paste printing craft, improves the print quality, and statistical process control to reflect the quality of real-time printing.
