摘要 清洗水的水质、温度及电镀过程中的操作细节对清洗效果有重要影响。本文从这3方面进行了详细阐述。 The effects of quality and temperature of cleaning water during electroplating on cleaning effectiveness were analyzed. Some operation details were pointed out.
