摘要 着重讨论了羟基丙烯酸树脂、醛酮树脂、固化剂、流平剂、烘烤条件等因素对摩托车油箱涂装配套体系中层间附着力的影响。试验发现,当羟基丙烯酸树脂与醛酮树脂搭配使用,选择HDI三聚体类固化剂和聚丙烯酸酯溶液类流平剂,涂料施工烘烤条件为90℃/30min或120℃/20min时,摩托车油箱涂装配套体系中层间附着力0级,柔韧性1mm,冲击强度50kg·cm,铅笔硬度2H。 The effects of hydroxy acrylic resin, ketone-aldehyde resin, curing agent, leveling agent and baking condition on the adhesion of coatings in a coating accessory system for motorcycle fuel tank were discussed. It was found that a good-performance coating accessory system with an interlayer adhesion strength of 0 grade, flexibility of 1 mm, impact strength of 50 kg.cm and pencil hardness of 2H for motorcycle fuel tank can be obtained by using hydroxy acrylic resin in combination with ketonealdehyde resin with HDI trimer as curing agent and potyacrylate solution as leveling agent after baking at 90 ℃ for 30 min or at 120 ℃ for 20 min.
