摘要
目的通过测量母乳中铅含量,评估、分析广州地区母乳中铅污染现状和相关因素。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对广州地区300例母乳中铅含量进行测定,并调查产妇的相关情况。结果母乳中均检测出铅,含量为0.001～80.42μg/L,P25为3.014μg/L,P50为4.47μg/L,P75为6.77μg/L。孕期被动吸烟、居住地靠马路边、母亲文化程度、家庭收入、孕期补钙等因素与母乳中铅污染程度有关。结论母乳中的铅污染现状不容忽视,应该从生活习惯、居住条件等方面对孕产妇进行铅暴露的健康指导。
Objective To study the plumbum level of breast milk, and to analysis the affect factors of Pb level of breast milk Guangzhou. Methods The ICP-MS was used to detect to the Pb breast milk level of 300 case in Guangzhou, and survey the puerperant. Results Pb was detected from all the case, the range of Pb breast milk from 0. 001 μg/L to 80.42 μg/ L, and the P25 was 3.041 μg/L, P50 was 4. 474 μg/L, P75 was 6.77 μg. smoke exposure, house is adjacent to the road, the pregnant woman＇s educational level, family income, calcium supplement duration of pregnancy have some connection with the Pb level of of breast milk. Conclusion the current situation of Pb pollution could not be neglected, the health guidance for protecting pregnant woman from Pb about living habits and housing conditions.
