杏仁煎与感冒方在小儿感冒中的应用分析

The application and comparative analysis of Fried almonds prescription and Code prescription in treating childhood common cold

目的了解本院杏仁煎及感冒方的用药情况,探讨其小儿感冒应用的特点。方法对我院2008年冬春两季509例应用杏仁煎和感冒方的处方进行统计分析。结果冬春两季杏仁煎使用率高于感冒方;两方所加药物相似,均以解表药和清热药为主。结论小儿感冒的表证大都相同,治疗方面杏仁煎使用较为广泛。

Objective To understand the drug utilization of Fried almonds prescription and Code prescription in Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and research the application of the drug in treating childhood common cold. Methods The statistical analysis of 509 cases of Fried amlonds prescription and Code prescription which were caught out in the hospital from 2008 winter and spring. Results In winter and spring the utilization rate of Fried almonds prescription is higher than Code prescription; the adding drugs of the two prescription are similar. They are in the main of exterior-releasing herbs and Heat-clearing herbs. Conclusion The exterior syndrome of childhood common cold is identical. The use of Fried almonds prescription is more extensive for treating.
