Structure design of cardigans by using the flat knitting technology

以横机技术为依托,探讨翻针技术、横移技术、局部编织技术、多针距技术、提花技术、嵌花技术在羊毛衫组织结构设计中的应用,通过设计实例说明编织方法及技术要点,并结合横机技术的发展动态,总结出羊毛衫组织结构设计的四个发展趋势:组织效果梭织化、组织风格多样化、组织结构轻薄化、横机技术综合化。该项研究有助于羊毛衫设计师更好地掌握组织设计技巧,为组织结构上的创新提供参考依据。

Based on the flat knitting technology,this paper discusses the application of rib transfer technology,racking technology,local knitting technology,multi-pitch technology,jacquard technology and intarsia technology in the structure design of cardigans, explains the knitting methods and technical key points by using real examples,and according to the state of the art of flat knitting technology,this paper summarizes four developing trends in the structure design of cardigans including woven effect oriented design, multi-style design,light and thin oriented design and comprehensive application of the flat knitting technology in design.The research results can help the designers better master the design skills and provide the references for the innovation in the structure design
