摘要 为了研究轿车风挡玻璃对白车身刚度的影响,建立了轿车白车身有限元模型。文章介绍了前后风挡玻璃与白车身粘接的模拟方式,对比分析了前后风挡玻璃对白车身的静态刚度影响。计算结果表明,采用定义临近区(Adjacent Region)的方式来模拟风挡玻璃与白车身的这种粘性连接是合理可行的,指出加上风挡玻璃后的轿车白车身刚度明显提高,风挡玻璃对整车扭转刚度有较大贡献。 For the research of the impact of front and rear windscreen on white body static stiffness, the car white body FEM (Finite element method) model has been established. The glutinous connection simulate mode of the windscreen and white car body has been introduced, then based on the above mentioned results, this paper makes a contrastive analysis on the static stiffness of windscreen on white body. The results show that adopting adjacent region mode to simulate the glutinous connection of the windscreen and car body in white is feasible, pointing out that the stiffness of the white body has been greatly improved thanks to the windscreen and it also contributes remarkably to the whole vehicle's torsional stiffness.
