发动机盖参数对行人头部伤害指标的影响

摘要 交通事故中行人的伤亡率较高,行人保护正日益受到重视。文章通过有限元分析的方法模拟GTR法规中的头部撞击试验,利用正交设计的方法总结各个参数对行人头部伤害的影响程度和影响趋势,表明发动机盖的弹性模量和厚度对行人头部伤害影响最大,通过改进车辆前端的设计,可以减轻碰撞中对行人的伤害。 The number of the injured pedestrians in accident increased greatly and thus the pedestrian protection is drawing increasingly attention. By using the finite elements method and simulate head impact according to GTR regulation, by means of orthogonal design, this paper summaries the impaction level and trend influenced by each parameter, indicating that the elasticity modules and the crash depth for the engine ekert the greatest impaction on pedestrian's head. However, the injury of pedestrian can be alleviated by improving the design of vehicle's front end.
