摘要
随着现代制造业的发展,越来越多的制造企业选用组合加工中心流水线来实现大批量和柔性化生产,但由于缺乏对影响开动率关键因素的有效分析方法,使机床开动率和利用率低。文章阐述了影响设备开动率的因素并给出了对影响开动率各关键因素较系统的分析方法,该方法是查找组合加工流水线瓶颈工位的更加科学和合理的方法,为制造企业提高设备开动效率提供了方法借鉴。
With the development of modem manufacturing industry, combined processing center lines are adopted by more manufacturing companies to realize their flexible production in great amount. The shortage of uptime analysis methods machining directly impedes the efficiency and the utilization rate. This paper introduces the affecting factors of machine uptime rate as well as the systematic methods of the key factors exerting impact on uptime rate. And it is proved that this method is more scientific and proper for searching the bottlenecks in the combined processing lines, which also provides a good reference for the manufacturing companies to enhance their uptime rate.
