摘要
目的了解职业人群高频电磁辐射职业暴露现况。方法以2家制鞋企业高频热合生产车间作业岗位为调查对象,分别对其电场强度进行调查分析。结果2家厂53个作业岗位,90.6%的岗位电场强度超过国家标准25V/m的要求,加屏蔽防护板的高频热合作业岗位仅有1个测点高于标准值1.20V/m,超标率明显低于未加屏蔽防护板组。结论高频热合作业工人存在较强的高频电场暴露,应采取屏蔽等综合措施控制其职业危害。
Objective To investigate the status of occupational exposure to high frequency field. Methods The levels of electric filed at different worksites in 2 shoe factories were tested and analyzed. Results 90. 6% of the worksites were over the standard limit of 25 V/m. In the worksite of high frequency welder which shielded with protection board in B factory, only 1 point was 1.20 V/m higher than the standard limit,with %2 test indicating that the exceeding rate in this group was lower than that in group without shielded protection. Conclusion High frequency plastic welders are exposed to high electric filed. Synthetical measures, such as setting the shield to protect welders from occupation hazard should be taken.
