摘要
在分析我国旱情监测状况的基础上对旱情监测工作提出了合理化建议,并针对旱情发生的实际情况进一步提出了抗旱的措施以促进该项工作的进一步开展。
Based on the analysis of drought monitoring condition, this text gives some rationalization proposals to the work of drought monitoring,and puts forward drought resisting measure to promote this work develops further.
