复方丹参注射液对不同年龄支气管肺炎的治疗作用探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Compound Danshen Injection on Bronchopneumonia of Different Ages

目的探讨复方丹参对不同年龄支气管肺炎的治疗作用。方法选择2006年10月～2008年7月支气管肺炎住院患儿随机分为丹参组和常规组。观察并记录发热、咳嗽、喘、肺部啰音及胸片阴影的消失时间?峁?丹参组在发热、咳嗽、喘、肺部啰音及胸片阴影的消失时间、住院时间方面均较常规组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,其中<3岁组均P<0.01),并且丹参组<3岁组与>3岁组比较有统计学意义,而常规组在<3岁组与>3岁组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支气管肺炎应用常规治疗基础上加用复发丹参液疗效明确,尤其婴幼儿。

Objective To discuss therapeutic effect of compound Danshen injection on bronchopneumonia of different ages. Methods From Oct 2006 to July 2008,141 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly into two groups：Danshen injection group and routine group（with no Danshen injection）. We observed and recorded the disappearance time of fever,cough, asthma,Pulmonary rales and Chest X-ray shadow, and the length of stay in hospital. Results The disappearance time of above aspects and the length of stay in hospital in the Danshen injection group were significantly shorter than those of the routine group（P〈 0.05,but P〈 0.01 for〈3 years）, with a significant difference between 〉3 years and 〈3 years in the Danshen injection group,but with no significant difference in the routine group. Conclusion Routine treatment of bronchopneumonia added compound Danshen injection has a clear therapeutic effect, especially in infant.
