胆道手术并发十二指肠损伤患者的术后护理

The Postoperative Care of the Patient Complicated with the Duodenum Injury in Biliary Surgical Procedures

目的探讨胆道手术中并发十二指肠损伤患者的术后护理。方法回顾性分析我院1995～2008年15例胆道手术中十二指肠损伤患者的临床资料。结果胆道手术并发十二指肠损伤患者术中发现7例,术后发现8例均治愈出院。结论密切观察病情,早期发现,早期处理,保持有效的引流,加强营养支持及抗感染治疗,加强基础护理,重视心理护理是病人康复的关键。

Objective To explore the postoperative care of the patients complicated with the duodenum injury in biliary surgical procedures. Methods We analyze the clinical data of 15 patients＇ retrospectively,who suffered the duodenum injury in biliary surgical procedures between 1995-2008. Results We diagnosed 7 patients complicated with the duodenum injury in surgery and 8 after,and all of them were cured and discharged. Conclusion To observe the patient＇s condition closely,early discovery,handling promptly,the effectively draining,to strengthen the nutritional support and the anti-infective therapy,to reinforce the basic nursing and to emphasis the mental nursing are all the key point of the patient＇s rehabilitation.
