On How to Design and Manufacture Injection Mould for Thin-Wall Lunch Box

Approaches to designing and manufacturing injection mould for thin-wall plastic parts have been discussed in this paper. To combine designing and manufacturing, trials have been made on reasonable arrangement of mould machining sequence, controlling methods of machine-making precision and fitting accuracy. Some experience has been gained through practice, which provides some references for designing and manufacturing injection mould.
