摘要
介绍了游泳运动训练实践中平衡的种类及意义,分析了平衡理论在游泳运动训练实践中的应用,认为掌握好时机是主动失衡获得成功的保证,应加强对主动失衡后各种复杂情况的预测和认识,提高心理承受能力。
Categories of balance in swimming training practice and its significance are firstly introduced. Through analyses of application of balance theory to swimming training practice, it is argued that taking a chance properly can guarantee the success of active unbalance. It also holds that people should predict and recognize the complex situations after active unbalance, thus enhancing mental bearing capability of swimmers.
