把握民族高校学生特征 加强思想政治教育工作

Analysis of Ethnic Students' Traits and Ideological and Political Education

我国民族高校学生在地域经济、民族习俗、宗教信仰和人格品质上都具有明显的特征。为了加强民族高校学生的思想政治教育工作,应针对少数民族学生在经济、习俗、信仰和人格等上所体现的特征,并结合思想政治教育工作本身的规律和特点,对民族高校学生的思想政治教育工作进行创新思考。

The ethnic students possess the obvious traits due to the economic peculiarity in their residential area, racial custom and religious belief. The paper holds that to improve ideological and political education on these students, we should consider the environment in which they are brought up and characteristic of ideological and political educational. We need to be creative and flexible in ideological and political education.
