香蕉炭疽病生防拮抗菌筛选及其作用机制 被引量:10

摘要 用含炭疽病菌的PDAY平板上分离香蕉组织表面的拮抗菌株,经离体和活体测定对香蕉炭疽病的防效,筛选到96003、96120、96206、95040、96201、95019、95042及96004等8个有显著拮抗作用的菌株,其中95019是酵母菌,其它为细菌.96003防效最佳,达67%.供试菌株的拮抗作用机制可分为抑菌和竞争两类. The antagonistic microbes were isolated from banana peel tissues on medium of PDAY mixed with spores of Colletotrichum musae. Eight isolates with good antagonistic effect were selected. Among them, one was yeast,the others were bacteria. The antagonistic mechanisms could be divided into fungusinhibition and competition. The inhibitory activity and antifungus metabolites of antagonistic isolates were analyzed. The results showed that some isolates inhibited the anthracnose fungus by secreting antifungus protein with thermostability. The isolate 96003 could decrease banana anthracnose disease by 67% constantly and steadily, showing good applicable prospect.
