淡紫拟青霉对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果

Biological control of tobacco rootknot nematodes with Paecilomyces lilacinus

利用盆栽试验研究淡紫拟青霉菌剂、杀线虫剂和日晒消毒土壤对烟草根结线虫病的防治效果及其对烟草植株生长的影响．结果表明，淡紫拟青霉（Ｐａｅｃｉｌｏｍｙｃｅｓｌｉｌａｃｉｎｕｓ（Ｔｈｏｍ）Ｓａｍｓｏｎ）能有效地抑制烟草根结线虫的发生并促进植株生长．施用菌剂的植株病情指数比对照下降３４％，根部和地上部植株鲜重、叶长和株高均有明显增加．

A pot experiment was conducted to compare the effects of Paecilomyces lilacinus (Thom) Samson, nematicides and suncuring decontamination on tobacco rootknot nematodes and their influence on plant growth. The results proved that the occurrence of tobacco rootknot nematodes was inhibited and plant growth was promoted by p.lilacinus. The disease index of plants treated with P.lilacinus decreased by 34% compared with CK. Meanwhile, the fresh weights of roots and aboveground part, leaf length and plant height increased.
