三个枣品种的微嫁接快繁体系 被引量:7

摘要 为了给枣离体微嫁接提供优良接穗,以3个对枣疯病不同抗性的品种———南京大木枣、星光及铃枣为试材,对其快繁体系的建立进行了研究。结果表明,采用冬季休眠枝水培芽作为外植体既能延长取材时间,又能降低染菌率;南京大木枣、星光两个品种的最佳启动培养基均为MS+0.2 mg/L BA+0.1 mg/L IBA,铃枣最佳启动培养基为MS+0.4 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/LIBA;南京大木枣和铃枣的最佳增殖培养基为MS+2.0mg/L BA+0.5 mg/LIBA,星光的最佳增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/LIBA。在以上激素配比下,可快速获得优良接穗进行离体微嫁接。 Composites Li1-x V, FePO4/C(x = 0. 00,0. 01,0. 02,0. 03,0. 05,0. 10) were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction method. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). Their electrochemical performances were investigated by the analyses of cyclic voltammetry(CV), electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS) and constant current charge-discharge experiment. The results indicated that lhe low concentration V dopant did not affect the structure of LiFePO4 but considerably improved its electrochemical performances. The Li0.98 V0.02 FePO4/C materials showed better electrochemical performances than LiFePO4. at 0.1 C discharging rate, and it was capable of delivering reversible specific capacity of 160.9 mAh · g^-1, with fairly stable cycleability.
